Basic Consultation - $75.00

Our Basic Consultation includes a complete walk through of your property, both inside and out.  We'll provide you with a verbal recommendations of what we feel should be done to improve the salability of your property.  Please allow up to 1 hour for this consultation.

Basic Home Staging - *prices will vary, call for quotes*

Utilizing your exisitng home furnishings and accessories, NW Design Interiors will refresh and enhance the positive attributes of your home.  We will focus on main focal points of your home, including the entry/foyer, living area, kitchen and master bedroom.  De-cluttering interior spaces, and neutralizing interior colors, re-arranging furniture and artwork, and improving lighting and the overall appreance of your home for a quick sale.

Complete Home Staging *prices vary, call for quotes*

With our Complete Home Staging service, we'll provide our clients with a "Model Home" affect.

Hourly Staging Rates

Need some help implementing our recommendations?  We'll work on your market preparation with you or do all the work for you.  NW Design Interiors will provide you with a quote and terms will be negotiated before we get started.

* $50 hour room by room staging

* $35 hour for shopping

* $20 delivery of props (oversized props extra)

Interior Decorating:

Initial Consultation:  $125.00

Interior Redesing:

Initial Consultation:  $100.00

Any and all budget considerations from the home owner.

Presentation drawings, floor plans and color plans not included in basic initial consultations.  Prices will vary depending on job.
